BASIC FUNCTION
Provide a positive experience to our customers with enthusiastic service and exceeding our customer's expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS
Handling incoming calls, processing phone and fax orders into the business system.
Ability to clearly communicate all customer requirements to both internal & external sources.
Assist customers with the claims process.
Handle and process shortages, overages, incorrect material and product ordered in error.
Responsible for reviewing and processing customer cancellation requests.
Assist the department in reaching sales goals.
Suggestive upsell of products to increase sales.
Must be able to work well with others.
Self-starter with excellent communication skills needed.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel skills.
College degree preferred and or customer service experience needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
