Summary:
The Client Representative is responsible for maintaining and building client relationships.
This is for new and existing clients looking to improve the quality of their landscapes through landscape development and maintenance.
This position will work with the clients to assure the company is providing the services needed to meet the clients expectations.

Measure and estimate jobs by site visits and client meetings Selling new maintenance and upselling existing clients to help maintain and improve the property Renewing maintenance contracts on a yearly basis Reviewing job reports of hours sold and hours used on jobs to make adjustments to allow for proper gross margins to be achieved Document property issues and client concerns using photos, email, texts and any other ways to provide the correct information to the production team to assure timely and proper solutions Update clients on scheduling of work and follow up of any concerns noted Directing the field staff of expectations from the client and follow up to assure work is completed to client satisfaction Reviewing of monthly billing for clients to assure the accuracy of invoicing Performing various duties during the snow production season as needed Comply with all company policies and regulations Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulation Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in the landscape/grounds maintenance industry Sales experience preferably in the landscape industry Effective communication skills - must be able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs, complete daily reports to office and/or customers Ability to use technology ie.
Smart phones, laptops, software apps etc.

Time management skills Understanding estimating and job specific gross margin requirements Knowledge of landscape maintenance and construction materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team Valid driver's license and safe driving record Work Conditions:
Driving of vehicles and other equipment as needed Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold Flexible working hours including occasional weekend work and possible nights during snow season.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
