Child Welfare SpecialistWe are currently seeking a Child Welfare Specialist to add to our team! A successful employee in this role provides home based services for clients as per DCFS rules and procedures and direct services which may include, but are not limited to, teaching basic child care, nutrition, substance abuse treatment and education, meal planning, and more.
In addition, our Child Welfare Specialist will maintain contact with appropriate DCFS personnel assigned to their cases, attend specific staffing's as scheduled, completed required documentation and trainings, and more.
Qualifications:
Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university with at least two years social welfare experience.
Must be licensed as a child welfare specialist or attain license through DCFS training within the first 3 months of employment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
