Responsibilities:
o Have productive meetings with new, existing, and prospective clients to listen attentively to their needs and understand their financial circumstances before recommending ideal insurance policies o Remain educated on property and casualty insurance policies, insurance agent regulations, insurance claims, and other industry rules to successfully match prospective, existing, and new clients with the best insurance plans o Help existing, new, and prospective clients fulfill insurance policy requirements by ensuring the completion of necessary forms and examining physical properties prior to or during the insurance claims processo Maintain accurate customer records, bookkeeping logs, and insurance sales databases to report progress toward monthly goalso Bring in new clients by effectively executing sales-based marketing strategies like prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Qualifications:
o High school diploma/GED or equivalent is a must; bachelor's degree strongly preferredo Candidates must have core computer skills and a demonstrated capability using Microsoft Office programso Candidates must have and maintain a relevant P&C insurance license - or must be willing to get licensed o Superior customer service, communication, and analytical skills are necessary o Familiarity with accounting and sales-related software or programs is a pluso A Property & Casualty license is preferred (Willingness to obtain a license is required, we will help you with this!) o A life Insurance License is preferredo 1-3 years of sales experienceAbout Company:
