- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately - Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management - Provide exceptional customer support, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, etc Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficient in using computer systems - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in transcribing and proofreading documents - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor This position offers competitive pay based on experience.
