- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately - Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management - Provide exceptional customer support, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, etc Requirements:
